Here is the electric Cadillac Converj concept. The Converj is on the same platform as the 2011 Chevrolet Volt, which will come out this year. Enjoy! Please rate and review. This video is taken with my Flip MinoHD video camera.

  • Cadillac can make a Hybrid Escalade that retails for over $87K but heaven forbid they should actually make a practical and sporty hybrid. Fiscker Karma anyone? Same concept as the Converj and expected to sell for around $89K. Cadillac is really missing an oportunity here. They could have brought their product line into 21st Centery, by offering a hybrid vehicle that not gets good milage but is a head turner as well. Sorry GM this is why I drive honda they aren't afraid to take chances.

  • @bodaishinboy Thanks for your comment. The Converj Concept would have been worth it if it were produced. It's a great show car, and is a competitor of the Lexus HS 350 and others like it. However, it would've been too expensive to produce it. I mean, they still have the Volt...

  • I can afford it the price is not an issue. Plus a car with this beauty I would expect 200g's not under 100!

I'm tired of relying on gas stations to get my fuel for my car. Rather get it at my home where my car spends most of it's time anyways. Or at work where it's parked for the day. Plus I love the idea of plugging into a solar collector and fueling up for free.

  • @Deanzsyclone I see. So are you going to buy the Karma? It's too expensive, if you ask me. Besides, I don't like electric cars that much. Normal cars do just fine!

  • @KingBuick Well yes I expected the cadilac version to cost more. I'm cool with that. But ive been looking at The karma Fisker to, so no sweat that this is dead.

  • @Deanzsyclone That's too bad. If it went into production, it would've been a nice car. However, I read in Motor Trend a few months ago that if it were to be produced, it would cost over $60,000. The Volt will cost less than $40,000 with government rebates!

  • @KingBuick yah I just read that it was canceled by cadilac.

  • @Deanzsyclone I agree. This is much nicer than the Volt. However, this is just a concept car. I don't think that it will ever go into production.

  • Sexy. I'll take that over the volt.
