The point of changing our habits and creating more health is to give ourselves the chance to live our lives fully. It is easy to stick with the status quo, or to keep making excuses, to hide from the hurt, or think that if we could just change this one thing about ourselves, "everything will be perfect". In reality, we aren't going anywhere if we keep trying to reinvent ourselves. More importantly, what is in you that is unique that you can highlight and bring to the surface more by living in health? How will you choose to live in the moment and love yourself through the changes you are trying to make?
