Warmly Spiced Macaroons

When I made the chocolate macaroons recipe for the kids I realised that not everyone wants something that has cacao in it. So I put my thinking cap on and worked up a frenzy in the http://raw-pleasure.com.au kitchen and this is what I came up with. Coconutty, with lovely warming spices... the flavour is incredible!
