First ever attempt at 90# press with 3 kettlebells! 2 - 35 pounders and a 20 pound kettlebell. Most difficult part was just getting them all together and holding them.
I was really just messing around after working out. Considering I have a little tweak in my right shoulder and I was already tired. I am confident I can do 100# plus! Stay tuned.....
