Ross Perot, business leader and former presidential candidate, announced today the launch of "PerotCharts.com," a public information website that contains objective, factual information about the current economic crisis in America. The site is being launched as an alert and appeal for American citizens to inform themselves about federal government spending. Perot said, "The U.S. national debt reached $9.4 TRILLION on April 30, and it is increasing by more than $1 billion every day. We are leaving our children and grandchildren with debt they cannot possibly pay." PerotCharts.com consists of three major components: a video featuring Ross Perot discussing the purpose of the website, a blog where new charts and other information are posted daily for study and comment, and a narrated chart presentation explaining the economic problems our country faces. The website is not affiliated with any political party or candidate. Most of the data and research for the charts is gathered from official government sources. "The economic crisis facing America today is far greater than anything since the Great Depression," said Perot. "Our federal government continues to spend us deeper into debt. The American people must get directly involved and demand an end to deficit spending. This website will provide information for citizens to do just that." • if the internet was around in 1992 perot may have had a chance...go ron paul 2012

  • There were far less people awake then. I thought he was a logical choice because he spoke sense, plain and simple. I liked the "I will run this country like a business" statement he made during a debate. USA like a huge holding company... sounds better than a huge credit card.

  • fuck all perot is the answer none other

  • @jefft2774 Perot had a chance even without the internet, because he had money. He got on every ballot, and he was leading the race with Clinton and Bush. In June he was polling 40%. Then unfortunately, he was spooked by a dirty trick directed at his family, quit, and when he rejoined the race, could not regain his credibility.

  • @billyluv3Am assuming we even do anything. You be lucky see how protests over war grows? When our nation is at war the only way it works is with full unselfish support for a greater world cause, assuming the world isn't so deceitful thats our first mistake, trusting the enemy after defeat. Enemy doesn't change to agree with us, only to defeat us.

  • @billyluv3Am That is right! Why fight Korean war vietnam Iraq? All failures further helping the enemies!? I thought boing to war with Iraq could lead to total control of Iraq even the whole middle east under a democracy? Yes ours if it werent currupt the idea is well but the leaders aren't. That would lead to us controlling all oil? A percent? No all and taking care of the citizens, most are innocent in political messes like they see and like many nations failing see now. Sad we should help mor

  • I don't blame the political system, the crazies have always been there attempting to gain power for their own personal social/political experiments and ego inflation ...I do however blame the people of this country for being naive and stupid enough to elect them.

  • I truly believe Ross Perot is the only candidate to run for president that truly gave a shit about this nations future or even told the truth about it since Reagan or Kennedy. America will pay heavily for not electing him. If there isn't a drastic change of heart, morality and a detoxifying of crack headed voters in this country to wake them from their drug induced coma America's best days are behind her. I have no doubt.

  • @chesterjeanette Hey Neville Chamberlain thought Hitler was all hot air and bullshit too ...look how expensive that mistake was for the doubters. "No prophet is respected in his own land". I voted for Ross Perot ...I respect any man who would spend his own money buying POW's back from the Vietnamese government when our own government wrote them off. The man was/is the ONLY candidate I could have morally voted for and is a hero and Patriot in his own right.

  • Every one of those men and women who died in Iraq over the past ten years died for fucking nothing! Fucking Demon-crat run Vietnam war all over again. No desire to finish off the enemy when we could cause it might be to expensive, no desire to win a war already won ...at least until a nuke goes off in an American city ..by then it'll be too fucking late the real damage will be done. Fucking Americans, make a choice either you want to survive or you don't.

  • Obama pulled us out of Iraq just like I know Paul would have done and I ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE you we are going to have to go back and eat the same dirt again when Iran invades. Notice the increasing bombings after the U.S left, those are Iranian insurgents. I'll bet you that within the next year we're gonna have to eat the same dirt all over again due to short sighted cowardly foreign Nevile Chamberlain policies of appeasement. The same policies Paul champions.

  • @pigdog069 Ron Paul is crazier than a shit house rat. The man doesn't even live in the 21st century. You can't walk away from the world in the age of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons while fucking nutcases like Iran exists and expect to live by a live and let live policy. It's that kind if thinking that got us into this fix. Had America finished off North Korea, Iran, Iraq when we had the upper hand we wouldn't be in this fix. Ron Paul is as crazy as Obama.
