Please read.
If anyone used eagle vision in Desmond's ending, you'll see the glyph of the two planets colliding on the door with the password. When Ezio was last there, in the Romulus mission, the glyph wasn't there yet (I searched with eagle vision). This means that subject 16 has been there himself and not in the Animus. Thumbs up so everyone can see.
