  • Do you know of any plants that could help relive muscle spasms, nerves,or as a relaxant?

  • @ellimist6 Yes. Hops in an oil or ointment is a very good topical treatment for muscle spasms, and nerves, as a relaxant.

  • @ellimist6 Kava Kava is a fantastic muscle relaxer. It's what I use for my muscle aches. the imashaman website has a kava paste that is fantastic. Hops is also a good mild relaxant. Cannabis is also highly recommended. If medical marijuana is legal where you live, I would give it a try.

  • @ellimist6 A simple Valerian tincture dropped into warm water is very good as a sleep aid but Black Cohosh is most renowned for it's antispasmodic effect. I hope that helps. :)

  • @ellimist6 Thc will relax you. it works for me.

  • @ellimist6 Thanks for the info.

  • hi,is it just apple cider vinegar or can we also use balsamic vinegar as well?
