I, too, loved the commercial, the message. After all the pain I have suffered from being the victim of an unscrupulous insurance company, I needed to see kindness. Your creation gave me hope for society. Then I saw it was an ad for the very company that has been so egregiously cruel and criminal: Liberty Mutual. Talk about down the rabbit hole, eh?
