Beat It Solo - Michael Jackson ft Eddie Van Halen (Good Quality Sound)

Ok this is my version of Eddie Van Halens famous solo on the Michael Jackson song 'Beat It'.

**I have no tabs for this because I didn't learn it from tab**

Firstly I should say it's not going to sound exactly the same due to the simple fact I recorded this using a Les Paul guitar so the will not be any whammy bar antics. But I tried to stay true. Also there is a section after the first tapping sequence where it should be played using a large stretch, however at the moment I'm not get the lick down due to the fact I have some tendonitis which seems to affect my flexibility at the moment in that section, but I'll just tap it for now and I can still play the same exact notes that way so it doesn't matter too much. I'm using my Line 6 GX which is why the sound quality of the guitar is so good. It's played over a backing track, but unfortunately my camera is not so great so the video is very dull. And there is a slight latency between the video and audio which I tried to fix.

Oh also incase you're wondering, the harmonics at the begining of the solo I played using pinched harmonics (not tapped) but the result is still pretty close, I just find that pinched harmonics seem to come out more consistently.
