@mrfastreaction yes but the monitor is at 1600p...way more than 1080p and you need more gpu power for higher resolutions

Thats true.

I never understand people who have the top of the range gpu in 3 way sli and they run it on a 24 inch. makes me cry to be honest.

Another thing i dont understand is when people upgrade there gpu when there existing gpu is 6 to 12 mths old and they gain little in performance
