Pretty confident that the batteries are NOT run in series? What would make it 16.8V?
Anyway, brushless conversion on the cards?

@modernsniper95 the summit is made for crawling its not ment to go fast. The revo is made for speed and handling. summit = power revo = speed.
the motor on the summit is a big brushed 775 i belive it is .
the motor on the revo can be either 2 brushed 550's or a single brushless.

You do not need to upgrade anything else when upgrading to the Kershaw dual 700. The kit is only 99.00 and takes about 30 mins to do the job. Before you put them on the truck, you will first need to break the new motors in by running them submerged in water for about an hour. After they are on the truck, run your truck for good ten minute run and see if your ESC gets warm. If it does, you may want to add a fan. I have had no heat probs. I think this kit may be on back order right now. Enjoy!
