There is a trick it doesn't show you: Howl.

Call your dog over and Whistle at it. (You have to get the right note and your pup will howl at you.) Then you can train it. There is no Tutorial for this trick. It's like a secret trick.

@WarriorCatz6 I had heard of this trick but I had read that you had to wait for a fire engine/siren to pass your house to make the puppy howl before you could teach the trick, I didn't know you could just whistle. Do you know if this works for Nintendogs DS, or just Nintendogs 3ds? I have to admit I was a little disappointed that the hadn't made any secret tricks in the 3ds version.

@thylaylii, That doesn't happen in N+C. You have to whistle at the dog. (I think you need this trick for the Nintendogs Cup Obedience.)

There Is another hidden trick: backflip. Sit + Jump. but the dog rarely responds to the combo, and I don't know when you can teach this to the dog.

@WarriorCatz6 Ah I see, that makes sense. I haven't put Albion into many obedience shows yet, but I'll keep that in mind.

I will have to put a bit more effort into the game to see if I can teach her backflip, thanks for the tip :]

A Weird detail I cound about hidden trick Backflip: "Nintendogs on Nintendogs + Cats can do backflips. But when your dog can learn them is still not known. If your dog is beautiful, it still wont do a flip..."
