This is a very exciting launch for the GeForce team. It marks the release of the first DirectX 11 card in the $199.99 price point for NVIDIA, and it also really brings it to the competition in terms of performance, heat, and power consumption.

That's because the warranty is with his graphics card manufacturer, and what he described was clearly the manufacturer's problem (bad VRAM), not AMD's who merely provide the graphics chip. Nvidia has the complete opposite problem, since their GPUs are failing and even single cards experience issues. Google "GTX 460 stuttering", then do it for any current/last gen AMD card and see which has more problems, dumbass.
