1) Use a program like SUPER or MediaCoder to convert your video into an mp3 audio file.
2) Follow the direction in this video to edit that audio file. Don't forget to export.
3) Put your original video in Movie Maker.
4) Mute your original video.
5) Put the new audio you edited in Audacity into Movie Maker, on the audio/music track.
6) Export from Movie Maker.
