One day I was bored and did a net search for DM 2 speed runs. No results. I was quite disappointed to find that no one had run this old classic yet, so I decided to do one myself!
I hope you enjoy it, and please be sure to rate!
Notes on the run:
-This run was recorded on the Dosbox emulator using the built-in recording feature.
-In most speedruns, players exploit glitches to go faster. I exploit only one glitch--the cloning trick. For more info on this, see the "Dungeon Master Encyclopedia."
-You'll notice I waste some time fighting enemies that could probably just be avoided. This is purely for leveling up so that the fight with Dragoth will be easier.
@Zeuts85 Oh, okay! Are there any more "bugs" when you clone characters? I wanted to start a new game with some cloned characters..
Do I have to care for something specifically like "safe&load"?

@ItsRayful I'm not sure what you mean by "safe&load." Anyway, there are no other bugs that I know of. Saving and reloading after you clone characters should negate any potential bugs. Hope it works out for ya. :)

@Zeuts85
The thing i wonder most about is why do you quit and load after you have your 4 characters?
ItsRayful 4 months ago
@ItsRayful The game crashes if you try to sell items from the clones unless you save and reload.

how did you got equus 3 times Oo

@MaroMaro1993 Thanks, glad you liked it. Getting a character multiple times is done by pressing the space bar when you're viewing their inventory. This takes you into Torham's inventory but doesn't trigger the cancel code for the character you want to recruit.
