funny all this talking about bottoming out No, it wasn't bottoming out. the air not coming out the bottom vent was causing the voice coils to slap. I couldn't lift it and film at the same time. Both subs are happy still throw that much today.

eclipse is garbage but this model is the shit i heard two of them and loved them there very comparable to my 300c jl w7 i run mine to a 1500db rockford so it gets 1000 watts and it sounds great . like ur box and yes what people dont understand that when you can run 1 sub and sounds better and hits harder than some 4 12s this is why we would need a cap because our one subs needs juice lol nice box like the extra draw.

@sal2421 - I went 143.6dB with only one sub - an eclipse Ti 15'' before I had these, yes I was knocking out peeps with 4 12's in suburbans - amazing what the right set up will do, thanks for the compliments

@sal2421 yo, you have a 1500db Rockford Rockford fosgate power amp? i have the same one dude.. how many watts does it push out on the one channel? it does not say on mine

@massacreman3000 Right, because its just so easy to tell a subwoofer bottoming out from mechanical noise, and/or freeair acoustical distortion/microphone distortion. There are so many variables as to you claiming it is bottoming out, it is only to someone who actually heard it to say it was bottoming out.
