after heavy rain and followed by the opening of dam in the igniyagala and senanayaka, flood is spreading most part of the eastcost of srilanka.south eastern university of srilanka and sorrounding paddy lands are severly affected by the flood of Oluvil kaliyodai river which is gaining the flood from those dam mainly.
