make sure your phone is off during the whole unlocking
this will also work on other LG KP versions
dont forget to write your unlock code on a paper xD
and the code you get is personel and not the same as the mine !
each phone has another code !

Hey I have a question for you smart people. I'm looking to purchase an unlocked LG KM570. My current plan has no data, and I don't want any data. I'm fine with just using WiFi. My plan is TMobile. If I purchase this phone...will they automatically upgrade me to a data plan? Keep in mind that the phone is unlocked...thanks in advance...

Its not better, and its not free. If you want to pay you can then unlock it via your own network provider.
