Obama didn't go after the tobacco giants.....he went directly after the smokers because the tax affects them, not the tobacco companies.

Barack Obama's only accomplishment in his first 100 days was to ensure that America will pay the taxes on the newly found debt he created. He spent $1 billion per hour in his first 50 days. That is going to take generations to pay back and he isn't done yet. He convinced many people he was the right choice for President by attacking Bush for things like his deficit. But, then Obama almost immediately tripled it! Everyone hated Bush and Obama has only furthered Bush's problems. But he's better?

yes he is. he came into the game at the hardest time possible because both bushes fucked everything up. he has to put the pieces back together and i think he is trying the best he can and personally i think its workin. my family is struggling so much with money and some of the things he has done worked for us.

Obama claimed that he created 150,000 jobs since he passed the massive stimulus bill. However, at the exact same time, the Dept of Labor announced a 1,300,000 job loss since the stimulus. Obama has spent more money than all our previous Presidents COMBINED - that is a statistical fact! I'll admit that throwing hundreds of billions of dollars around has to have some short term effect. But, the long term effects are going to be devastating for this country! The worst is truly yet to come!

I know you suck at lying but the government has enforced these rights for me & many others, that is why I am at a university no questions asked right? People seldom changed, even the media has shown that. The Bill of Rights do apply evenly; you just don't feel that way because you've had the rights for so long that you take them for granted.

He is the only one saying that there are no black rights, gay rights, womens wrights, we are individuals. Gov hasnt respected these rights that are in our Constitution, that is the problem, and yes even the founders are guilty of this. But ppl change. I just think that people under their own property and as long as they do not violate anyone elses rights can do what they want. And no, it doesnt violate someones rights to not serve them at a store. @Bronzecop I think the main point is that laws do not change ppls minds. Ppl change ppl minds. I think regaurdless of that law the public opinion would change, MLK was already leading that charge. But also MLK and Ron Paul would agree a lot today listen to MLK on the war in Vietnam, and also policing the world, it is crazy. They completely agree with each other. I mean there are racists today still. The law didnt change anything except what the gov can tell you what to do.

@Bronzecop higher rates than normal. Special interests always benefits while the majority of ppl bare the cost and the negative affects. With the civil rights act, it is strictly a private property issue. If you own a business, you cant discriminate under the law. But it is their property to deal with as they wish. If they want to be racist, it is a free country. But they have to take the side affects as well. can you imagine a business nowadays doing that, they would be bankrupt.

Our quality constantly goes down, but the prices go up. I mean we are spending more than ever on education and the quality is worse, higher prices, and no jobs. Student loan debt is 1 trillion.
