Pudge - Butcher - Increases damage due to own strength
Darkterror - Faceless Void - Reduces the cooldown and increases the duration of the skill
Yurnero - Juggernaut - Reduces the cooldown and gives more slashes
Lina Inverse - Slayer - Increases damage
Vol'Jin - Witch Doctor - Increases the damage and amount of victims
Rhasta - Shadow Shaman - Increases the damage inflicted by snakes
Lion - Demon Witch - Reduces manacost and cooldown and increases damage
Rylai Crestfall - Crystal Maiden - Increases damage of each explosion
