I am sure the next story will be how the teaching jobs have been sent to India. With the computer schools, outsourcing the position will be easy. The tax payer will be paying 6 grand a year in property taxes so some teacher in India can make 100 bucks a month. While the CEO lines his pockets. Keep voting in the neo cons America.

They want to run education like they run health care. Bill you piecemeal , extract co pays eventually, charge extortionate prices for every little thing adding in a profit, hire people to deny access to services. Pigeon hole kids and make parents pay extra for white collar tracking.

When you privatize an industry that really should be non-profit (i.e. public education, college education, medical care, prison corrections, national defense, etc.) all you get is the same result, but with the added expense of a middle man. I'm not advocating total socialism, but the measure of success for some things should be judged not in how much profit it generates, but in how much it benefits society.
