    for now I don't crave meat,

    but for some reason I crave Indian food

    show us a dish with chickpeas.

  • nxk6264 - try making a basic seed/nut pate and then adding some curry powder/spices to it. I add cilantro, cumin, garlic, cayenne, ginger, turmeric, onion etc.

    You can use that seed pate on flax crackers or just wrapped up in a large lettuce or collard leaf - yum!

    You could also add those spices to chopped up avocado. Makie it into a curry guacamole.

    Raw chickpeas are very hard to digest, I wouldn't recommend it.

  • yeah, I've never had sprouted chickpeas, I don't think they'd be so good :( I haven't actually had any type of raw legumes..

  • This is sooo wonderful I absolutely love journaling lately I have been really on edge a little and a little bottled up and I'm going to start writing in my journal in the mornings and try to write in the afternoon and in the evening... I love this video this is soo helpful for me Natasha!!! Thank you!!!!
