  • @katource1 Of course a tripod has the potential to be more stable - that's not the point, and not every shot you take will always be on a tripod. What a useless comment...

  • Thanks!

great tip, i will certainly think of you next time i shoot.

But have a look at the light reflection on your lens between 22th and 27th Seconds in your Viseo. Pretty much shaky :-) But the theory is great thank you.

  • How to focus the object in Nikon CoolPix L120 ?? pls respond

  • How to focus the object in Nikon CoolPix L120 ??

  • @MadmanDKDK Why do you like the monopod so much? Do you find it better simply because it's easier to carry than a tripod? I'm trying to decide what I want to get,but I do want to buy something that I will actually carry with me and not wind up leaving at home because it's too bulky.

  • Forget about trying to stance yourself and stuff, if you don't have an IS on your lens or in the body. Get a tripod or better, get a monopod. Ever since I got my monopod, I've never used anything else.

  • Kind of odd MOS. with wobbly Hand held video on how to hold a camera steady? this is an old technique of news photographers. The trick is to know when to hold the camera steady. And when to use a tripod to shoot videos....

  • or if in daylight, just set the shutter speed like +1/200 or even +1/4000 if possible or higher

  • @thongdongalong GREAT TIP!!! How in the world did you think of that!!! using your elbow as a platform TIMELESS and perfect when shooting on the road and not using the Glidecam thanks Alot!

  • If you dont have a tripod a great way is taking your left and placing it on your right shoulder and bringing your elbow up to use as a platfom. Found it usefull at times.
