The performance of Laura Cristin, in the art identity of Sheren, together with Peter Kuestermann from Germany and Reid Wood (alias State of Being from Ohio, USA) took place in Portogruaro (in the province of Venice), along a canal, on May 8th. 2010, in the afternoon, when the rain would stop for a little while, giving some brightness and warmness to the Spring. The 3x1 performance was not arranged before, but the three artists had met each other before at mail art meeting and performing art festivals. The action took place in the context of the Mail Art Exhibition "Limite, scambio, segno" by Rizoo group in Portogruaro. Peter Kuestermann improvised at the keyboard for Sheren's movements that where also inspired by the beautiful spot, with the nearby canal and music of the flowing of the water. Sheren also wanted to try a Ride for Reid into the Wood. That's why the American artist of State of Being kept standing like a tree, among the few exemplars of that little garden. The action started with the bells strikes, that also determined the end. Soon after a long SILENCE occurred among the persons there and the nature itself.
