Nothing like JohnDeere to fully embrace NeoLiberal Capitialism. Yes, all of the 5000 series are made exclusively in India. Built by the indian labor and shipped back to the US for sale. I am a farmer and have experience and exposure to this product. To be honest and polite, it sucks. A farmer isn't going to spend 50K$ on a tractor less than 100 hp.  They buy a used one such as a 1960's model that don't wear out. The frame is weak as are the components.
