No love for the Cult at this show! Man, the greater Seattle metal community was NOT into Ian Astbury and the boys. I love the Cult and earlier Metallica and I was stoked both were on the bill, but Metallica was just a Monster that swallowed everything whole on this night. Any opening act did not stand a chance in the Coliseum this August night in Seattle after the force Metallica was to reckon with. This show puts the HEAVY in METAL!
