@butkicker75 Our America went into war The states tore up into 13 districts. District 13 was destroyed later after the war becuz it rebelled againest the capitol. (whcitch is like a ruler of all of the districts) the capitol destroyed district 13 and to prevent another rebellion the have a thing called the hunger games where 2 tributes a boy and a girl from each district from ages 12-18 are forced to particapate. They draw names to see who has to particapate. Hope that helps
