Guthrie Govan's "LA Acoustic" by Andy Veil

My take on Guthrie Govan's "LA Acoustic". This solo/backing is part of the "Melodic Series 1" bundle from jamtrackcentral.com.

Overall it sounds a bit rush, but with the goal to learn some nice new licks and get an idea how Guthrie phrases every single note in his solos, it was a lot of fun to cover this solo. I hope you enjoy this take :)

hey man, are those the stock pickups?

also, have you had any issues with the sustain?

Hm .. the last note died quite quickly as you maybe noticed, but i have had the string action extremely low for this take .. way lower as i usually set up my guitar. I would not call it an issue ... imo, the SV has enough sustain when setup correctly.
