@MabduladiVEVO Writing it in the video description may be pointless but it's a reminder to youtube that I am able to upload this video. Uploading music videos always gets them blocked untill you take action which I did and so I got my video unblocked.

@MabduladiVEVO I got a strike one time as well but that was a mistake of my own all together. Right now I can make money from my videos but I choose not to because I tell youtube that I own this content (I do pay for my videos) and I'm not using the material to gain myself profit. If I were to get any more strikes from youtube I would know that they are cheating me since I am doing everything right.
