The Scottish government get given a single budget to do with what they please. If that means spending on different areas, such as NHS funding than the british government do, then so be it. - THE NHS IS NOT THE SAME IN SCOTLAND it's technically a different body loosely linked with the English NHS the welsh NHS and the NI Healthcare body.
I do support and english parliament yes. I think a federal UK would be better - but pointless national 'pride' gets us nowhere
