They where happy with his performances. The only thing they told him to work on was his defense. His defense was good its just they don't think he can guard players like kobe or labron yet. He was told to go back and work on his defense for a year and come back.

Dirk is a PF, Joe will be playing SGorSF. So no need to compare the two.
He was once considered a PG so obviously has pretty good handles as well. But he is definately big enough will be fun to see what he can do in the league.
Could be a good draft for Australia. Mills Ogilvy and Joe

Looks like he can handle, shoot and get to the rim so at that size he surely has a pick waiting for him.
