thanks to BAMBU for letting US USE HIS SONG!! one love
***************************************************************
When first listenning to PULL IT BACK by BAMBU the beat and lyrics got us going already, and it parrellel what everyone felt in the streets, what every minority was feeling.....

but i guess it went deeper than that, as we listened to it more and more the spiritual aspect in some sense, it's metaphor and parallels started to show.

that is why we decided in hopes that every one can experience what he see we tried making this slideshow of ours that hopefully can express it...

it is not so great but just, to show that PULL IT BACK to us in our words is the frustration of the streets, the FRUSTRATION of many minority group and INDIGENOUS PEOPLES in the ghetto and it is now rekindled from their past it is jumping out as some kind of REBELLION to be EXPRESSED threw many minorities arts via HIP-HOP, from graff painting, slam poetry, break dancing and m.c.'ing because it parallels their individuals indigenous ancestors cultural heritage of many influence that came to america over centuries ago that got inslave by the overseers that are all in the ghetto who are frustrated that wants to PULL IT BACK and express it.. all and all if they look back their ancestors might have been great carvers, artist of the tribe tattooist, or painting or chanting paralleling what they are doing today as an M.C. as a PAINTER etc..

But with us it is a REVIVAL of our CULTURAL HERITAGE in a great POSITIVE WAY to show who we are so they know PULLING IT BACK from the past and showing every one from what they thought was negative and making it POSITIVE.. like tattoos.. show the RICHES of our culture..

ONE LOVE
