High Quality - Due to a drop pan order, SEPTA trains 554 and 541 coast through work area near County Line Road on SEPTA's Doylestown Branch, and since the lead pan on Silverliner III 239 refused to cooperate after that, 541 continued into town with its pan down through Lansdale on SEPTA's Main Line November 14 2011

Great video, definitely different seeing Silverliners without their pans up! Really cool watching the pantographs go down at 0:39!

To add, all trains coast through the phase break north of Girard Avenue daily... you don't take power through the dead section.

Simply rolling without applying power. In this case, they get up enough speed to roll through the affected area, drop the pans and coast through, then raise them again on the other side of the work zone.
