  • did anyone else feel like you were watching a horror movie when he was eating that meat?

  • @coronarules1 Awesome! Made me LOL

  • how long will they store?

  • @LIQUIDDEMONS I believe, in general, you want to use your canned goods within 3 years.

Not a problem if you can foods that you like and use it regularly. When you have enough empty jars for another batch of canning, can something else and keep rotating your stock so that nothing gets too old to consume.

  • Looks good! What was the broth you used?

  • @Garrisonpea Hi and Thanks!

You don't use any broth when cold packing meat. That is the juice from the meat itself.

  • Remember folks, this meat has been processed for usually 60 - 90 minutes. That means it is already cooked. Take it out and eat it or heat it. Doesn't matter. Am going to start stocking up ASAP. Thanks for the video.

  • The meat looks so tender. I'm definitely going to try this.

  • hey man you dont get out much do ya....felt kind of creepy

  • I heard salt keeps the jars from freezing.
