Here ya go man...posted a video response for ya. learned it about an hour ago straight from Slay Tracks Tabs...and attempted to sing along to it (being that I'm not proclaiming myself as a singer in any way).

@iamthepinkylifter Yep, check it out and this is DEFINITELY the way Malcmus plays it. I seriously wonder if the person covering this song even looked at a live performance. This version is WAY too bright and cheery, when the Pavement version is dark and haunting.

You did a nice job! The tuning is different from what you have, though. It's F A# D F A# F. Same tuning as for Pueblo.
