This was the first one of the Duke Nukem series - also called "Duke Nukum" because Apogee was worried about possible lawsuits. It's sequels were named "Duke Nukem" again because that name wasn't registered yet. In this video you can see the shareware version.

Awesome upload, brings back great memories. Have to love Apogee Software games, they did a great one called "Secret Agent" that I spent FAR too long playing! :)
