okay i just posted something but for some reason i dont think it got posted... but i said:
me too. my baby fish keep dieing for some reason. Any reason to why this might be happening? (it's a 20 gallon fresh water tank, they are platys, sword tails and mollies, and they are in a net breeder.)

Sorry for the late reply. There are various reasons for fry death. The water quality must be maintained. Food must be very abundant and the best quality. Food must be small and live baby brine shrimp is best if available. An air stone in the net is very good. Live plants inside the net is good.
The biggest weakness of the breeder traps is that the fish outside can at times bite at the fry inside! I sometimes place a second container that holds the fry inside the breeder net.
