It was the hottest day the state had had, since Ash Wednesday in the 1970s
A fire was lit by some nitwit and up went the trees and the houses
Now I hope they regret coz the record is set, over 100 dead and still rising,

When I heard the news, tears flew down my face, of children in cars and deaths all over the place.
To the people who lit it, now youve bit it and I hope that they burn you as well.

My thoughts go out to the families left without, and my condolences for those whove passed
Lets pray for rain and that the police gain those people and kick their arse
