  • lalo was my horses trainer he is good for somehorses but not all of them and he is a heavy hand , he pulls a lil too much.he trys to break the horses the hard way. lalo also was this way with evis just like he is to her(sky)

  • While I am a fan of every thing Mustang I must agree with Igotdeals. This horse was not ready for that kind of bit, and while he may not have jerked the horses mouth he was heavy hand. This horse s mouth was gaping to avoid contact with the bit.. not something i would be proud of. this is not the first horse of his Ive seen this way. Crowd or no Crowd that horse wasnt ready for that mouth piece. Very disappointing!

  • Lalo could have ridden Skye without a halter - like he did with Elvis. He didnt even NEED a bit at all ! Go ahead and find out more about the person you are posting negative comments about.

  • Responding to the comment below, I know we all have opinions but Lalo is a great trainer and very Humane, his horse was probally more worried about the crowd than he was the bit. He never jerked his horse mouth and he had a great run, good job Lalo, no GREAT JOB LALO

  • Too much bit!! Come on judges! when are you going to insist that these mustangs be trained humanely? The winner of this competition used a snaffle and then this guy uses something with a shank 5 inches long? Look at the way this horse tosses and fights the bit. He doesn't want to work for this rider...he's in PAIN! Real trainers use snaffles on such a green horse!
