  • Search "police brutality" on Youtube and you'll see sometimes half the department beating a handcuffed person.

  • I fully agree with this. people need to put actions to context.

  • @PITBULL859 The problem is that most ordinary citizens THINK they know what their rights are, when in reality, they don't. The police have dedicated their lives to a career centered around the law. You may think you know the law better than them, but you don't.

  • Propaganda, Propaganda , Propaganda.... Is this supposed to make us feel better? When they violate our constitutional rights, i mean i just want to understand, why people put comments on youtube like " ooh that guy should have just shut his mouth and followed the cops order.. ect" why are they scrutinized for standing up for the constitutional rights?? can anyone in this niche answer that??

  • @TideFalconFan

There's no quota. Specifically, quotas are against the law.

  • @Rollothomasie I know that can write as many citations as they want, but they HAVE to write up to a certain amount...doesn't matter if they go over as long as they make their quota.

  • @TideFalconFan There is not a "quota!" Cops can write as many citiations as they want when they see a violation.

  • Nice. My grandfather was an NYPD cop for 20 years.
