  • Wow, builders have been perfecting energy efficient homes for a really long time. Now some nonprofit is going around claiming to hold the "secrets" of building "green". Sorry LEED people, but what you learned from LEED has been public knowledge for a very long time. A new age of Chrony Capitalists and people that can't think for themselves and need an organization to tell them what to do. Good job people, don't go out and accomplish savings, go get another certificate that "the man" requires.

  • LEED people I know, every one of them, had to become LEED to fulfill a gumbent contract. Congrats!
