Halo 3 Legendary Tournament

If you are sick of playing against vulgar pre-teens on Xbox Live, you'll enjoy this concept - a mature players-only tourney.

I don't care how old you are but a few things have to be considered:

1. Keep profanity to a minimum.
2. Don't blatantly insult others.
3. Don't cheat/glitch/standby! We will report you, avoid you, etc.
4. Play hard but take it easy! It's a competitive tournament but not a pro one, so just have fun.

I don't have much leverage here so if you guys have specific ideas for match types, leave a comment describing them. I want to win, of course, but I'm not going to pull any cheap shots, as we obviously have to use the honor system here (I will host the games in which I play, one of you guys will have to host other games). I'm thinking a format like this:

4 teams of 4 players each (you make them and they are not permanent, but switching teams is lame, so if somebody cannot play, you can still bring in a substitute).

Each team plays each other in two matches each (maybe each team could get a "home-field advantage" where we have a set game type but each team chooses the map once; sounds cool to me).

We will keep track of wins and losses (and ties). Once again, someone besides myself will have to be honorable and do some scorekeeping in the matches I don't play in.

Please comment with your ideas and leave your gamertag (Xbox 360 only) if you want to play!

Tentatively, I would like to do this sometime near the end of June (i.e. post graduation). Leave a comment and I'll update you on teams/times/etc.
