Cell phone industry faces legal tests

Gibb Brower, a 41-year-old, self-employed landscaper in San Diego, used a cell phone to help run his business from the road or on job sites for four years.
He says his cell phones - an analog Motorola flip phone and a digital Sony - caused the growth of two tumors and a surrounding cancer field on the right side of his head where he held the phone.
Brower, who is already more than a year into a predicted two-year life expectancy, has filed suit against Motorola, Sony and at least one carrier. The suit is still ongoing.
Brower says part of his remorse comes from using a cell phone against his own best judgement.
"It was easier logistically [to use a cell phone]," says Brower, who has gone through surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, and suffers from fatigue and short-term memory loss. "From day one, I was worried about contracting brain cancer because of earlier reports . . . Anything that can remotely give you a chance of cancer, I stay away from. But I was assured by the people I got the phone from that it was safe." - network news

There is a high possibility because it is part of the cell phone, which again uses microwave radiation. Even though it is not constant from start to finish - as a cell phone call is - it does send all information with the same type of signal, and receives the same type of signal with all incoming messages. People that are already effected by radiation from cell phone calls and WIFI radiation have expressed that they can feel text messaging incoming and outgoing.

It could indeed cause infertily in men. Why? Because the NONIONIZING radiation heats up one's genitalia and the genesys of sperm cells is affected due to the fact they grow in a slighlty lower temperature. But that happens when a guy keeps the phone in the pocket and talks at a headset. It may aslo affect the development of the brain on little kids because their skull is thin and the brain could heat up easier and get affected by the resulting free radicals.

Otherwise, no cancer.

The risk is real!!!!

1. Take a look at the safety precautions that come with your cell phone.

2. There were many reports and studies published proving cell phones cause brain tumor, infertility and other cancers

3. The cell phone industry itself admits a highly elevated risk of a tumor.

4. A report published 3 days ago by a team of researchers around the world reopen this cause of concern.

5. If you have kids don't let them use a cell phone. They are in a greater risk.
