@kingerskasabian the last thing u should be worrying about is cracking routers lol, educate yourself.
im sure its a shock to you, but routers work both ways, u can steal internet, and the owner of the router can see you, your computer, and since u didnt know what a network adapter was, im assuming you have file sharing on, so they have access to your files as well.

This makes absolutly no sense to me..As soon as he says "so I pick my network adaptor" so breezily as if everyone should know what he's talking about I knew I was in trouble...I just want a program with one big button that says SCAN FOR WEP KEY

Just get Linux and download Aircrack-ng. Whole lot better.

No, there is no WAP. It's WPA.

Yes there is...it's another form of proctecting your router, almost impossible to crack. WEP however, is easy to crack
