No, it's the NASA mission center at the Van Den Berg launch site in California.

The commands were sent by the software for it to separate but the spacecraft either did not receive or did not execute the commands. Either an electrical/ wiring failure and the antennaes didn't receive the transmission of the separation command.
Was the last shot JSC Houston?
