looks good, nice job and color...now put some nicer wheels on it and it will really stand out!

I have a '95 cavalier (bought it new) that is mechanically better than new (that I can do) but I have been doing rust repair on for years and painting with rattle cans. It looks like crap! Wish I could paint as well as you.

A 1995? Good choice. I own 17 1995 cavaliers and only 16 have broken down on me! LOVE ME SOME CAVALIERS

i hope you plan on epoxying that bare metal fender, it wont last maybe 2 winters before it rusts through.

Great job man. Looks nice.

It looks like shit sprayed with sand.... why don't you use a proper cabin?
Waste of all your work.

what size air compressor were you using?
GWillem1 your a freakin retard. You have probably never painted a car before so shut your mouth. And if you have you know you get dirt in the paint but it all sands and buffs out. Your so stupid!

Wish i had a painters helper that knew what he was doing lol. My tapes up prop rods like a candy cain, and never pushes down tape, or he sands with his finger tips. Hell i cought him yesturday Putting primmer in my clear gun!!!! For a kid you did damn well. You dont live in Indiana do you??? Want a job LOL.My first all over was a 1971 chevy shortbed. My arm didnt get tired cause it was 2 ton orange and white.Latter i did a 72 Nova and that about killed me lol.

@woodzo40 Wow thats nuts man, I would never put primer in a clear coat gun. We use the 3M pps paint cups and liners so we dont have to waist thiner on cleaning our paint cups we just have you clean the gun it self. We also use Sata NR 2000 for our base coats but we like to use a Iwata Supernova for our clear coats. I also live in Indiana lol... I'm working on a 57 Chevy delivery wagon, you can see it in the backround in this video. It needs alot of body work and it might be to big of a project.

@DeltaChi572 what presure are u supposed to spray at, does that determine how the paint flows with itself, itried rustoleum and i dont know if it sucks for flowing , but when u try to stack tackt coats on each other it looks like shit, am i spraying the pressure wrong? Can rustoleum look like that?

@sewerrod check your paint gun to see if it shows the max psi. on it. if it does set you regulator to what it shows. some show 40psi or 29 and so on... i have never sprayed rustoleum paint thru a paint gun before so i cant help you there sorry.

I paint very high end HotRods, and Musclecars. I also used to be a painter for 15 years at a dealership. You will get just as good of a job out in a old garage then you will a paint booth. A booth is nice. It is desined to keep some dirt out but is mostley nice for lighting, and a bake oven. I painted my Show car in a garage, 10 years ago and it just won Best paint and Best of show at a car show. I dont know if this dude paints everyday but its one of the better jobs on youtube.

@woodzo40 Thanks man. This was my first paint job, I have never painted a car before this one just an old horse trailer for a friend and found out that I could do a good enough job to paint my car on my own. I was only 19 when I painted it and now I'm 21 and I work at a dealership as a painters helper. Its fun when you have the right tools and paint guns. lol... But when I painted this car I used a $60 dollar gun.
