No. Its 6 inches. The 5 inch figures are the ones from Spider-Man 3.

Oh! My bad! I was thinking of the Doc Ock figure from Spider-Man 2. No, yeah, you're right. This is the 5 inch one. 5 1/2 inches to be exact.
