sniffing lavander helps

through experience playing the nintendo DS helps me sleep better cause my eyes get tired.

If you ever go to bath and body works they have a like lavender pillow mist and it works really well and smells so good. I know i sorta like comented late!

If you apply lavender srops to a hankichief and put the hanki in your pillow case you can so drift to sleep in about 10 minutes i did that the week of exams last year & yeah i have like 10 hours sleep instead of about 6 =) hope this isnt to late & it helps ! :)

Read a textbook, that always puts me to sleep. Or play a nature sound like rain on your music player. :P

massage ur ears when you can't think of an answer .., idk it's supposed to bring fresh blood to ur brain...., i guess
hmm maybe do some push up, jumping jacks, or random dancing before going to bed XD lol Sorry, i'm a dork :p but maybe listening to classical music as u lie down may help as well :) Good luck!

yeah tell me about it, i sleep 2-3 h every day , but wierdly I´m not that tired, I´m just less smart than I used to be...

Yeah I used to get 9 to 10 hours of sleep when I was little and I was so good at math! =(
