@Dershnof Then you will start to see crossing gates that broken off from people driving through them.

Coool

The only problem is that if you get stuck inside the gates, there is no way out. Thats why they only cover half the tracks.

i was watching mbta and some one cut arond it and the train knicked the bumper

Why must people always ask for it?

Put one of those one-way Tire Damage claws on the opposing side of the road right up to the train tracks.
Or, as they have done in Morrison, IL, put up steel bars for about 50 ft down the middle of the road to prevent any "Idiotic Behavior"

Pfft. What are their lives worth to them, or the lives of passengers/workers/bystanders? Plus, would they go through a red traffic light just because no cars were going through the junction at the green light, or that they could see the car coming?
I hate them.
They should have four half barriers with a net style thing below them. Maybe they could use some automatic road bollards or spikes to cripple their car? That'd teach them. :P
They need to extend the gates to cover the entire lane or road, to prevent people from driving around the gates.

Anyone that goes around those gates should get a ticket, and deserves to be hit by the train. OperationLifeSaver
