that does basically mean that those kind of processors are not working well with any kind of audio application / hardware no matter if from vestax or any other manufactor. you might get problems with any other soundcard as well. so clearly they don't advice you to use those kind of pc, cause you might get problems. I recommend an intel pentium dual core. If you want to try it with your computer: get it to your next dealer and try it out ;-)

    thanks,

One last thing please, On the Vestax website is ahs a note saying : *NOTE:Even if the clock frequency is sufficient to the requirement above, Intel Celeron、Centrino、ATOM, AMD and Sempron is not supported.

This creates a problem for me, you see, my computer is very old and im looking to get a new one but im not sure which one it will be so does that mean it might not work? or does the use of the term 'supported' mean something different.

    Thanks

Hi! I am not that familiar with Virtual Vinyl. As far as I know are they working on a midi mapping for the vci100mk2. Otherwise you have to map by your own. If Virtual Vinyl has a syncable, timebased Gate or Tremolo Effect, you can create the scratch effect as well. As far as I know, VV can use vst plugs as well - if so you can choose a vst plug gate.

    cheers

    frank

  • @gianabrotherz Any ideas about weather it would be alright on VirtualDJ ?
